Liability Insurance Claims
Our aim is to minimise the disruption to your business in the event of an accident occurring. We realise that the Health and Safety of your employees and visitors is of paramount importance.
Here's what you should do:
- Call the emergency services and/or the appropriate authorities as required.
- Obtain the names and addresses of everyone involved and also any independent witnesses.
- Take photographs of the accident location.
- Retain/preserve any equipment involved in the accident.
Reporting an Accident
To notify us of the accident you should:
- Telephone our claims department direct on 028 90 320190 or contact your insurance broker.
- When you call please provide your policy number, details of what happened including the date and time of the incident.
- You may download a Claim Form from this site.
Claims Service
Once we have been notified our Claims Investigator will promptly carry out a site inspection, if required, to determine liability and offer advice on preventing a recurrence.
Rehabilitation
Europa General focuses on pro-active early intervention and resolution delivery in managing bodily injury incidents. To this end, we are able to provide support physiotherapy services to aid early return to health and, ultimately, work.
Risk Management
