Claims Team
We have a local team of highly experienced claims professionals based in Belfast. Our strategy is to focus on accuracy, fairness and speed of settlement, through Proactive Claims Management to achieve the twin aims of customer satisfaction and to reduce overall claims costs.
Fraud
We are members of the Insurance Fraud Bureau UK and have access to the UK Database. All our claims are entered on the Personal Injury Register NI, UK and Insurance Link in the Republic of Ireland.
Motor Engineers
We have a network of Motor Engineers in the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. All our Engineers have committed to our Service Level Agreements of 48 hours turnaround for inspections and are regularly audited by ourselves.
Loss Adjusters/Investigators
We have a panel of Loss Adjusters and Claims Investigators which operate throughout the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland - they have all committed to our Service Level Agreements with initial contact being made within 48 hours and are also regularly audited.
Solicitors
Our panel of niche defence solicitors have gained particular expertise in handling claims within the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Service Level Agreements are in place and are regularly audited.
Rehabilitation
Europa General focuses on pro-active early intervention and resolution delivery in managing bodily injury incidents. To this end, we are able to provide support physiotherapy services to aid early return to health and, ultimately, work.
Risk Management
Risk Management is a key aspect of our offering. Europa General is committed to working with clients on Risk Management issues, recognising the advantages to both the clients and ourselves as Insurers in combining the areas of risk reduction, health & safety and claims management. We firmly believe that there are real advantages to the client in having access to local underwriters and claims handlers. We can offer regular review meetings between the Client, the Broker and Europa General, bringing a focused approach in discussions involving individual claims developments, progress on risk reduction actions, monitoring of performance and analysis of trends.
We can continue to work with the Client and Broker to provide a tailor made service, aiming to reduce accident costs and minimise the overall insurance expenditure.
Partnerships
We work closely with our clients, brokers, underwriters and service providers to create a partnership to achieve proactive claims management. We can provide input into the creation of Employee Handbooks on Health & Safety Issues and provide free accident cameras. We carry out initial review meetings with new clients to establish their needs for specific Management Information and we offer quarterly review meetings.
